Villa Splendida*****

The villa is situated at the top of the picturesque village of Splitska on the Island of Brac. It is a new house which was built in July 2015. It can accommodate 8 people.

The villa offers a sense of tranquility with its indoor and outdoor spaces spread over two levels. The kitchen / dining room / sitting room area lined up on the lower floor is overlooking the huge patio and the gorgeous pool. Furthermore, from the villa guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view from all the bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well.

More uninterrupted views of the Dalmatian coast are available from bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the upper level. Two bedrooms have balconies and there is also an outdoor Jacuzzi on one of the balconies. The upper level comprises a laundry area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a gym area as well. Two bedrooms feature double beds, size 180 x 200 cm, and the other two bedrooms are a twin bedrooms with beds sizes 90 x 200 cm each. Two of the en suite bathrooms features shower, and one features a tub. All bathrooms are equipped with floor heating.

The villa has an adjoining apartment / suite (guest house) on the lower level (separate entrance) with one bedroom, shower bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom features twin beds, size 90 x 200 cm each, and can be used as a double bedroom as well (beds can be connected). This can be ideally used by those seeking extra privacy or your staff.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful garden and a stone wall. This charming villa was built with traditional stone; eco materials have been used and it has been certified with A+ certificate of energy consumption.

To make your stay on Brac Island as pleasant as possible villa Splendida has been equipped with all equipment you might need, and entertainment facilities (including winery) like darts and children's toys. The interiors and grounds have been tastefully designed.
